Madonna Hill Elder Care

Welcome to Madonna Hill Guest Home. Madonna Hill is privately owned and is a friendly, caring residential facility where up to fifteen seniors live comfortably in a beautiful scenic setting. The home is situated on a hill overlooking a beautiful valley in Carlsbad, California.  Its three acres include rose gardens, patios and a beautiful, forested picnic area. There are many fruit trees and a large boysenberry patch.

Quality of Care with a Family Owned home since 1992

The owners live in the home and, with the help of four employees, provide care for the residents.  The care ranges from assisted living to full care for non-ambulatory seniors and is located conveniently close to the Carlsbad Safety Center. Hospice care can be arranged. No smoking is allowed.
